Delivery Informaton

Interlink handle all our UK mainland deliveries and we charge a standard fee of £5.95.  If, however, you spend more than £100 in a single visit, delivery is free.

Furniture and bulky items costing over £100 will only be delivered free within a 30 mile radius of Marlow.  If you wish to get a quote for delivery further afield please telephone 01628 533433 or email orders@livinginstore.com

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver overseas at present.

Returns Information

If any part of your order proves unsuitable, we will gladly exchange or refund the item (s) provided it is returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Simply click on returns@livinginstore.com and quote your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.  Once authorised, you will be emailed a returns shipping label and confirmation of a collection date.  Don't forget to include the form detailing the product/s and the reason for its return.

You will receive a refund or a replacement product on receipt of the original item/s by Living in Store. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery charges.

Gilded Lily is inspired by the superb scent of the Goldband Lily of Japan (lilium auratum) in Ineke's garden. Historically, Victorian plant hunters discovered this lily growing wild in the mountains of northern Japan, where is it known as "yama yuri", and brought it back to England. Afterwards, it became the basis for many of today's lily hybrids.
